We were asked by Sainsbury’s to help launch their online homeware offering. Our brief was to not only to showcase the depth and breadth of their product range, but also help increase the perceptions of that offering with existing customers, and to the wider homeware market.
We created Home Ideas, a stylish showcase for their product range. It sought to give depth and credibility to the brand by not only heroing products, but also sharing stories about the quality, designers and buyers behind the collections.
Additionally, we aimed to create conversations around ‘home design for less’ by offering free advice and style tips, and featuring regular blog posts from our Sainbury’s home design experts. The site first launched the Autumn/Winter collection in September 2013, and the product ranges are updated to reflect the seasonal calendar.
