A challenge we eagerly accepted delivering an engaging multi-device transactional site putting the consumers needs first.

Working together with Sainsbury’s we rapidly and collaboratively created a strategic vision for TU clothing that matched the client’s objectives.

Developing a user experience and design that would raise expectations of the value and quality of Tu clothing alongside an immersive yet simple journey to basket.

As a part of a rigorous process of user testing the site was trialed before launch with 3.6 million nectar customers and has already seen a positive reaction from customers leading to an uplift in sales.
